Yes. The humor never ends when there is a 5yr old child in da house! Quite frankly….I am still wiping away the tears of laughter from this one. BUT…..this is one of those times as a parent where you run to your room and throw your face in a pillow so the child you just scolded for saying something “rude” doesn’t actually hear you laughing out loud about it. Here is the conversation that just ensued at my house between one of my daycare moms (who works as a bartender and wears very revealing clothing so as to make more tips) and Cassidy (my blessed 5 yr old daughter who doesn’t know any better).
Daycare Mom: Hi Cassidy….how are you today?
Cassidy: Good.
Daycare Mom: That’s good…..did you have fun playing today?
Cassidy: (completely avoiding the question) YOU CAN SEE YOUR BOOB-CRACK!
*oh yes…..she did just say that! *
Daycare Mom: (Giggles) Yah…I have to wear shirts like these to work to make money.
Macey in the background yelling: Oooooooh Cassidy…..that’s gross!
Me telling Cassidy: Cassie….we don’t say that. That’s rude.
Cassidy: oh….sorry.
Daycare Mom: (still giggling) That’s okay Cassidy.
So…………….I pretty much told Cassidy after said Daycare Mom left that we don’t say that to people because it’s rude and you don’t have to wear clothes like that to make money when you grow up. And then immediately ran to my room to laugh my freaking toosh off.
Heaven help me and this house full of girls!!!!

That is so dang funny! You are right about not having to show your boobs to make good tips. I worked at a bar for years and sure you make more tips from the guys if you have major “boob crack” but if you show less you make more tips from women so it’s a trade off.
