I’ve been meaning to blog all week but I swear everytime I’ve thought about it I was quickly onto something else. I’d forgotten how hard it is to have two little ones so close in age running around! Well…. one runs right now. And I’m totally not kidding when I say that. Brody has one speed and it’s FULL THROTTLE! LOL! I am slowly… with the recovery process… starting to be able to keep up with him a little more. HA! Yeah right!
Chloe is getting big already and she gets snuggled…. A LOT. She is afterall my baby. My last little one…. the sweet little caboose on a super-long family-filled train! I’m trying to enjoy every minute of her “smallness”. If the next couple of years fly by like this week did then she will be playing with Barbies and painting her toenails in no time at all.
One thing I’ve been meaning to share with you is that Monday kicked off my very first week as a Design Team member on the 2 Sketches 4 You blog! This is the card I made to go with Kazan’s sketch! You still have time to play along if you want! There are some seriously sweet cards posted and lots of inspiration going on over there! I just know my time on this team will whizz right by too with all the fun I’ll be having. The goodies I used on my card are from the Bo Bunny Flutter Butter line. LOVE IT!!!! And the butterfly stamp is from DRS Designs who is the sponsor this week on 2S4Y. Fun Stuff!
Okay…… one more thing I want to share that I am super excited about. Well…. it’s a bittersweet thing I haven’t really mentioned yet but about 3 weeks before I had Chloe I lost my 3 daycare kiddos unexpectedly. Losing that much income came as quite a shock but Shane and I of course had to keep telling ourselves that it was happening for a reason and that things would work out and be okay. We are still struggling (who isn’t these days right?) but things are looking brighter as I’ve done what I can to get a little photography business going on the side. I recently did two Senior Photo shoots…. actually…. I did those shoots two days before I had Chloe! HA!!! They were a lot of fun and these two kids were ADORABLE!!!! Did I just call them “kids”???????? OMG… I’m getting OLD!!!! LOL! Anyhoooo….. I will share some of the photos from that session. Tell me what you think! And my brother (love that guy!) was nice enough to set me up a photo gallery at ShannaVineyardPhotography.com so I can refer people to samples of my work. YAY!!!!!! Okay…. It’s time to relax on the couch with hubby and watch SuperNatural! Have an awesome weekend!!! ![]()

Some our best blessings come in the oddest ways. Good luck with the photography business. Looks like business will booming in no time! =)

As always, I love your work. That artistic eye is coming through in your photography. What kind of camera are you using? extra lights? I know you’ll grow into that business thru word of mouth. Best wishes to you. You’re a busy girl!

Those photos ROCK!! Gads, things sure have changed since I had my senior pictures taken….lol It was in some lame studio, with those dorky, dippy props. You couldn’t help but look like a geek, no matter what the pose. These photos you took here are outstanding! Gosh, kids today get everything…..lol
