We said “I DO!”
It’s been a blissful 2 years despite all the trials and adversity and hardships that the Lord has thrown our way. Really… we’ve probably gone through more things in a couple years than most couples do in 10yrs! LOL But it’s brought us closer together and made things feel THAT much more secure for both of us. I love this man. More than I am capable of telling him or showing him. I’m truly blessed and grateful to be his eternal companion, best friend & mother of his son. We’ve joined two families to make them one. We’ve endured financial hardships (and still endure… HA!), we’ve moved across the country, we’ve added a little man to the mix of all girls, we’ve lost and gained 4 legged members of our family, we’ve lost and gained employment, we’ve even lost and gained more pounds than we care to admit. Shane’s baptized 2 of our girls and blessed our son, did I mention we’ve endured serious financial hardships??? HA HA HA! That’s only a few things…. there’s more that I won’t get into but let’s just say our foundation is strong and can only get stronger!!!

When a marriage endures the hardships and the friendship grows in that environment, it is truly love. Sometimes when we are in the midst of a very bad “time” I just look at my DH and am filled with warmth knowing that we will make it through and each trial makes us stronger. We are both so blessed!
