Woot! Woot! I am sooooooo excited! The votes are in and I made it through to the next round of the Paper Crafts Gallery Idol Card contest!!! You can see who else advances here. Thanks to EVERYONE who took the time to vote for me! I ♥ YOU!!!! Check out this pack of loot that the Top 15 get from American Crafts!!! I’m stoked! Heaven knows I need some fresh new scrappy goodies to play with! YAY! So, our next theme to create a card around is incorporating household items! To create an “All Around the House” card. LOL I know most of you are prolly scratchin’ your noggins right about now but believe it or not I know EXACTLY what I’m doing for this and am totally pumped! I got permission from Bo Bunny to use a new line of their papers on my card that’s not being released for a few more weeks at CHA in Orlando. It’s going to be featured sometime next week on the Bo Bunny Blog though so you’ll want to peek at the whole collection. It’s called “Kitchen Spice” and it’s absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! How perfect is that? So tune back in on Monday morning and I will share my card. Then it will be time for another round of voting! FUN! FUN! FUN!
I’ve been having so much fun playing along with the weekly challenges over at the Hero Arts Blog. I love that they require me to pull my stamps out and put them to use! Since I don’t really consider myself a “Stamper” only though…. I tend to end up with plenty of scrappy stuff on my STAMPING cards! LOL This week’s theme is “vacation” in case you can’t tell from my card! Tee hee! I junked it up pretty good dontcha think? Alrighty…. I’m tired as all get out. It’s been a super long week. Time to relax on the couch with my hubby and catch this week’s episode of Supernatural. Yeah Baby!
