The view from up here is quite comical these days! This is the shot I get most of the time from my little man. He’s found his feet and toes so they are constantly up in the air or in his hands. Gotta love the baby rolls on my chubby guy’s legs and ALL OVER! He’s so squishy and fun to kiss on! He also rolled over this week from back to front AND front to back! YAY! Won’t be long now before he’s up and crawling all over the place! Heaven help me! Oh…. and his Daddy wanted me to point out the Southern Miss jersey he’s wearing! HA! Lil’ jock already.
So this week will be an EXTRA special treat for me over at TRIPLE THE SKETCH as I watch the inspiration get linked up over there! I created the sketch this week! Yep… yours truly! I rarely make them myself but thought it would be fun to give it a shot! I created it based on this layout I scrapped last year of my sweet niece Reagan. A little backwards I know…. but the design was fun so I figured it would make a great sketch! Anyhoo… head on over there and play along! Patter will post the card I made tomorrow too! Fun stuff!!! Can’t wait to see the creations!
I’ve been busy getting some projects created for this Bo Bunny assignment! Check out their BLOG today as Julia does a spotlight on the new “disStress Me Out” acrylic stamps they’ve come out with! The possibilities are endless with this set! The first project I did was a layout. I used the stamp to create a border down the side, a border around the photo and then used it as a background for the embellishments under the photo. Totally fun to use! Hopefully you can see the images okay! Then the next project I did was an altered frame with a festive Christmas theme!
I have always loved this photo of Macey sitting on Santa’s lap but didn’t want it hiding away in a photo albuM! I am so excited I can finally keep it out and on display! I created a paper pieced tree and stamped on the green with the red dots to give it some personality! Then the last thing I did was this card with the same technique using different supplies!
I have the pattern to the tree and need to get it posted in with my pattern links. I promise to do that sometime next week! I have a few more assignments I am trying to get off my scrappy table!
Enjoy your weekend everyone!
P.S. Don’t forget to go post once a day at the Bo Bunny Blog as they will be doing random weekly drawings for those who check in and leave comments! If you post daily then your chances of winning increases! Good luck!

Question - What did you use to make the red scallops? Do you have a pair of scallop scissors that big? I’ve been searching for some. :o)
