So the girls and I spent some time with my mom last weekend. This doesn’t happen very often. Did you guys even know I had a mom? LOL She works a lot, has health problems, church callings and lives an hour away on the other side of town so there’s always a reason we don’t get to see her much. So this quality time was very welcomed. Thanks Mom for coming to see us and hanging out with us! She was so cute and made each of my girls some book bags. We went to the library then out to lunch. She even braved a shopping trip to the mall with me and the girls to buy new shoes for school. It actually took only about an hour! We got lucky and found some they liked right away! So there’s now two new pairs of Skechers and a pair of Reeboks kickin’ around this place! 
Woot! Woot! The girls had a lot of fun at the library….they always do. They all love to read! Especially Bailee….I can’t believe how quickly she goes thru thick chapter books at her age. This thrills me because I have always read to them but I didn’t read a lot as a teenager and now…unless it’s my scriptures, a scrapping mag or People Magazine…..I don’t read it. I wish I enjoyed it more. Oh well. I took some photos of the girls with my mom….she wanted some and I didn’t have any recent ones. Can’t wait to scrap these. I did a layout of Bailee and Macey at the library almost three years ago. I will post that here too. It’s crazy to watch my scrapping style change over the years. We have sooooooooo many more goodies now than we did even two years ago! Hope everyone is having a good week! Happy hump day! Only 12 more days until school starts!

**EDITED TO ADD….I am totally laughing over here! I just noticed in those pics that the shelves don’t even have books on them!!! NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE LIBRARY!!!! ROFLMBO!!! I promise it was a library….and there WERE books there. Now a professional photographer would have noticed that when taking the photos! LOL

Yeah that library has to be pretty lame to not have books in the kids section. I guess since the last picture has traces of books we can believe you. Hehe!

That is so awesome! My mom used to take me to the library as a child, and I have some great memories of it.
By the way, your not the only mother counting the seconds until school starts. I’m gonna throw myself a little party!
