I say plan a treasure hunt . . . in her apartment, or even start by planting something at her work. Make it not too difficult, and leave lots of obvious clues about how much you love her and make it FUN! I love surprises, and finding a beautiful bouquet of roses with a ring tied onto one, or something like that, would be terrific, to me! Or, candlelight and roses with a private terrace for dinner, as the “treasure”, and then pop the question.
