The girls and I went swimming at a friend’s house tonight then drove thru Filiberto’s for some dinner. On the way home Bailee asks out of nowhere….
“Mom, what’s a Nudie Bar?”
Ummmmmm…..HUH????????
You can imagine my shock for a second. After all….she’s only 9yrs old.
I immediately ask her “Why do you ask that?”
She says, “Look!” and points to this Asian restaurant in this shopping center.
The sign was missing an important letter—–It read…….
“Nood_e Bar”
Of course I laughed out loud. Too flippin’ funny.
“No Bailee, that’s NOODLE BAR” …..”The light for the “L” is just not working.”
Hee hee…..hopefully I’ve dodged the “Nudie Bar” conversation for another few years!

Shanna this is hilarious. You should scrap this conversation. She will find it really funny when she is older. Makenna always used to ask me about things she said as a kid. I only remember a few things and wish I had documented all the fun stuff like this.
