Ever print a photo that you’ve scrapped a bazzillion different ways cause it’s just so dang fun and can work with many different themes? YUP…..that’s this picture of my skank friend Lisa. I call her that cause I love her.
Are you getting tired of me using this mug of you yet girl? Anyho…..(HAHAHAHAHA! That was a typo..was gonna fix it but it was too dang funny considering the skank comment). I need to stop. I need a nap. I am looooooopy right now. Okay…..fo reals. This is the latest layout kit available for your scrapping pleasure in my ETSY shop. I told ya my next one would be REALLY girly. Did I deliver? Disclaimer: I am not stitching on your kits or doing your linework. LOL If you want that added detail ya gotta do it yo-self! It does come with everything else cut and ready to glue together for you. Well….except for Lisa’s mug of course. The tag behind the photo slips out to add journaling. This is my favorite kit to date….I love bright colors! I have to also say that the orange flower may vary slightly. I am still trying to track down more of those Primas!
Speaking of MUGS……Did ya notice I got a new one up? Thanks Bro for changing that for me!! You’re my techy-stallion! LOL (I’m sure he just threw up in his mouth)
……….Got these listed in the Etsy shop today too. These were fun card sets to put together!!! I found the actual cards with the polkas on them at Michael’s in the dollar spot! Secret’s out!!! I am still charging a little more for these though because of all the goodies on them! Better snatch them up before my girlfriend Mechelle does (love ya girl!) She buys them from me faster than I can create them! Hee hee! Not a bad thing
Soooooooooo…..about the camping trip from hell. LOL I think we’ve recovered from the mess now but here’s what happened this weekend. We packed up the quads, the camping equipment and of course the kiddos for a family trip to the rim northeast of Payson. Jeremiah and Heidi invited us…THANKS GUYS!
It was fun (I guess) regardless. We get up there Saturday morning….uhhh…errr…I mean afternoon. Got lost thanks to Jeremiah’s brilliant directions. Hee hee. We got our tent put up…rode the quads for MAYBE an hour…..ate dinner….about 630-7pm it starts POURING. The photo you see here is of Shane and Brian playing Halo in the back of Brian’s Suburban…..you know roughing it? This was going on right before dinner I guess. Anyway…..it starts raining cats and dogs. Everyone runs to their tents. We don’t see the light of day until around 930am the next morning. The rain NEVER let up. it was HELL. Sorry but I don’t know how else to describe it! We packed up…..still raining. Left the campground about 1030am. Did Denny’s for lunch in Payson and was back on the road by about 1230pm. THEN…..as if the weekend couldn’t get any worse. The Beeline Hwy was shut down because of an accident and a vehicle on fire. We decided to go through Camp Verde instead….even though this route is an extra two hours out of the way. Normally the ride home from Payson only takes about an hour and a half for us. Not on this blessed Sunday. We finally roll in about 8pm on Sunday night. Yah……….did I mention it was the camping trip from hell? There was traffic backed up on the I-17 too and we still don’t even know why. We still enjoyed the company. Maybe next time the weather and traffic will be nicer to us. I didn’t even get some photos except the one of the guys playing XBOX. Jessica did though…..you can check them out here on her blog! Or here on Heidi and Jeremiah’s blog! Thanks for the photos girl!
***EDITED TO ADD…. I just wanted to mention that I am still going to be doing my In[s]piration Friday features but it’s just been hit or miss the last month or so because of my random sickness with this pregnancy and us being out of town a lot.
Thanks to those who have been asking! ![]()

James tried to call and get Shane to ride Quads here in the Valley instead. Rain held the dust down nice. Sorry your trip didn’t go so well.

The cards and layout are gorgeous–I too love those bright bright colors. Great work! We’ve all had those camping experiences…a little rain is fun for about a minute. But after that, it’s just a nuisance. Better wishes next time!
