This t-shirt of Cassie’s should actually read “Dirty & Charming”. We went camping this weekend. Good times! Casssidy lovvvvvvvvvves diggin’ in the dirt so of course she was in heaven. This was the first time since age 14 for me that I have camped in the desert. My girls have never until this weekend. We normally go up North of Payson and camp in Strawberry. The girls were kinda worried at first because there would be no pines trees…..okay mom was too….but it was really fun. Shane was in 4 wheelin’ heaven. He’s been feeling better. The doc gave him a new batch of pain killers so that’s been nice for him. He actually has an appt this afternoon to get his first round of cortisone shots. For those who have been asking about him, he is doing much better. We got a second opinion and the other doctor seems to think with the cortisone shots and physical rehabilitation that Shane should be good as new with time. This is the kind of news we have been praying for and we have felt your prayers too! Thanks soooo much everyone! 
So what did everyone else do this weekend over the Irish holiday? My girls were funny about the green thing. They all made sure they wore something green so they wouldn’t get pinched. We just enjoyed some time as a family for the first time in a while. Shane doesn’t get many Saturdays off so we took advantage this weekend and did the camping thing. Nothing much other than that!
**Oh….I will post more soon on my page kits stuff. I haven’t had time to figure things out yet. I have a lot rolling around in my head and have appreciated the feedback and opinions I am getting. You gotta love camping with your kids - there’s nothing quite like it. I’m glad to hear your sweetheart is doing better - I hope it continues for him. We spent the weekend taking family pics - my youngest is moving away to Washington next weekend. What I wouldn’t give to have them little again - I think I would go camping

Good for you on the camping. I am soooooo not a camper. One with nature is not my motto. Unfortunately Bobby is a camper so I am sure it will come down to me sucking it up one day. Such is life.
