So….I was thinking this morning how happy and sad I am that I don’t do design work for QuicKutz anymore. It was exclusively for 2006. As rewarding as it was for FREE product….it was really difficult to meet such tight and demanding deadlines. We all cranked out a ton of samples on a monthly basis for them. It was one of the best things I have ever done from a creative stand-point though. It really worked my scrappy mojo in ways like never before. I am grateful for that! Sooooo…Since I haven’t had time this week to actually scrap, I thought I would post some of my favorite cards I created in 2006 for QuicKutz. This is a SMALL percentage of the ones I did. These are some of my faves that I don’t think I’ve shared before. Sorry this ended up more of a “gallery”!!! If you have any questions about any of the dies on these please don’t hesitate to email me at shannavineyard@cox.net.
Oh one cool thing I have to share before posting all those cards! Kim over at Creative Blogs has me featured! Thanks so much Kim! Very cool! She has some really inspiring stuff over there that she’s found on other blogs too!!! Go check it out!
OH WAIT!!!! I’m STILL not done!!! In honor of National Scrapbook Day this weekend….I am giving away a Classic Roxy Complete Alphabet set AND the Shadow set to go with it! New in the package!!! This is a $200.00 value!!! Just post a comment and I will draw a lucky winner next Friday!!!! Wooo Hoooo!
***EDITED TO ADD***
HOLEY FREAKING SCHMOLEY!!!! I was expecting MAYBE 40-50 comments…..but 148 so far??? You all are seriously too sweet for words!!!! This drawing will be exciting with this many names in it! Hugs~Shanna

You were one busy chica. Those are some really *NICE* cards. I read a post somewhere the other day about using your scraps to make cards before you ‘file the scraps’-therefore eliminating or reducing the neverending scrap-pile. I thought it was a great idea since I’m forever needing cards for our large extended family and friends (birthday parties almost every weekend-no joke! but we are truly blessed). I have a quickutz that I bought on QVC that came with a blossom alpha and I have picked up a few shape dies here but by no means do I have a ‘collection’. LOL. The cards you made have given me quite a few ideas not only on how to use my scrap-pile but also for the dies I have seen on sale here and there that I haven’t picked up because I don’t know how I’d use them. This was a valuable post to me whether or not I win the alphas!
