Soooooo….I haven’t had much time to scrap this week. It’s spring break here so my girls have been home all week. It’s been good. I have to still share something I am inspired by in more ways than creatively. This is a layout created by my friend Cheri in Oklahoma. She’s the blonde in the photo. Then there is Tami from Michigan & me…..from Sunny AZ! The memories and story behind this photo are very dear to me. They have become even better friends since this picture was taken! This layout got me thinking……besides the fact that it is a gorgeous layout! (Love it Cheri!) It got me thinking that I don’t scrap enough layouts about all the other important people in my life. The ones that keep me sane on a daily basis! The ones who make it a point to make sure I get to snort out loud at least several times a week. This week’s challenge/inspiration is going to be one I will have a lot of fun with! I already have an idea in mind of what I am going to do for this. I want you to scrap a layout about your friends. Or a specific friend. Whatever you want but make sure you scrap about someone you normally don’t. Please share what you come up with here and post a link for us all to see! I agree that we should scrap more about people other than family in our lives too! Sometimes it’s my friends who have more of an impact on me and they are in a sense my “family” too!

Well, first of all, I have to admit that this layout was created before you issued this challenge, but it does fit the challenge. It was created within the past month…and it was possible becuase of YOU, Shanna!! This is a layout about me and my friend from Jr. High, Mechelle. I had lost contact with her until I saw her posting on your blog! We hadn’t seen or talked to each other in over eight years! After you sent her an email for me, we were able to get together for our kids to have a play date and for us to catch up!! It was great. THANKS SHANNA!!
