My baby is officially 5yrs old today. This baby girl turned into a little lady somehow….someway….right under my nose. I seriously have no idea how it happened. But what a little blessing she has been. She wasn’t even supposed to be here. I begged and begged my ex to let us have another child but because we were going through such difficult times and contemplating divorce I finally went to the Doctor to get back on birth control. Well……they ran the standard “pregnancy” test first and wouldn’t ya know it??? The Doc was like, “Ummmmmm…..yah…..you are going to have a baby.” I was in shock. But I guess she was SUPPOSED to be here and I CANNOT imagine life with out this beautiful, energetic, fearless, remarkable little child. Funny how the Lord knows us better than we know ourselves. I thank him everyday for Cassie and each of my girls. There is no better job than to be a Mom. Happy Birthday Casserole!!
