Evolution of Eggs & A Sweet New Mommy in Muskegon, Michigan!!

Eggs BEFORE dying:

Eggs DURING dying:

………………………………………….

Eggs AFTER dying and being hunted, hid, hunted, hid, hunted, hid, hunted, hid, hunt……okay…you get the picture right? Yah…..these….needless to say….didn’t make it into the Deviled egg phase this year. :)

……………………………………………

Okay……here are a few photos of the girls actually dying the eggs. They love this stuff. Anything that involves crafting or painting or being creative…..they thrive on it. They are their Mother’s children. I am lame and didn’t get any photos this year of them in their Easter dresses. I know. So sad. But that’s okay. We didn’t do the whole three matching spring dresses thing this time. They are getting older. Bailee takes it a little personal now when her 5 year old sister is wearing the same outfit as she is. I know….shocking. :)

Okay…..and for some super incredible news! My girlfriend Lori and her hubby Rob finally had a judge sign papers yesterday finalizing the adoption of little Lily Rene to be theirs FOREVER!!!! I have known Lori for 13+ years and she really is one of those friends who will be for Life! We have kept in touch ever since she moved back home to Muskegon, MI and I am very grateful to have her in my life! Her and Rob have waited a VERY long time to be parents so I am elated that sweet Lily can finally call Lori….MOMMY!!! Lily has been with them in foster care. Lori is AMAZING with children and the Lord has truly blessed her and Rob because of it! Here are a few photos….the first one is a few days after they got Lily (betcha forgot I had this picture huh Lori?) when she was only 4 months old and the second one was taken yesterday after the adoption was official and Lily is now 14 months old! CONGRATS YOU GUYS!!! I LOVE YOU!!!
