That’s the theme for the next 2 1/2 days! A creative retreat with no kids, no housework, no cooking, no laundry…..I don’t even have to make my bed! WOOOOOT! WOOOOT!!!! Nothing but creating and reconnecting with some good friends! I am outta here in just a few short hours! I have a few more things I need to do first. One of them being a big homemade lasagna for my hubby to eat on over the next couple days. He deserves it. He’s helping out with my daycare kiddos this afternoon and then of course taking care of my girls and making sure they get to school in the morning! My girlfriend Teresa is going to watch them after school tomorrow……THANKS AGAIN GIRL….until Shane picks them up after work. Then My sista Hillary will be here with them all day Saturday while Shane is working again. This sort of thing takes some serious planning and tweaking of schedules but it looks like it’s all going to work out. Good deal. Then I can actually relax and enjoy this retreat. I am soooooooooo stoked. Been looking forward to it since I went last year! It’s worth EVERY penny! one more thing then I will shut up about it! The double page spread you see posted above is for our page swap! There are 10 of us chicks that created 10-double-page 6×6 layouts to exchange when we get there! We will have a really sweet little album to store our fun memories from this weekend! Mine screams Heidi Swapp of course and I have to apologize to Janet who is done with pink! LOL But I had to do it! 
Okay……..went to my first apt this morning since I found out I was preggers. Looks like the due date is April 10th for now. The doctor ordered an ultra sound for me though so we can get a more accurate due date. I had to guess on my last period. TMI…I know.
I am sooooooo glad to hear I am not the only one with weird cravings. I feel normal again.
Okay…..I am outta here! Be back Sunday with lots of pics! Ya’ll have a great weekend! I know I will! Wink!
***EDITED TO ADD—I am a nerd and didn’t get this posted on my blog BEFORE I left! LOL Anyway….Creative Escape was AMAZING and hopefully I can get back on here later today and post a recap and photos of my projects for you!

Oh my gosh, an April due date!! I am so jealous that you don’t have to be huge during the hot months!!! I always had to do it the hard way. Sweating my ass off and griping the entire time.
When is the ultrasound to find out if it’s a boy or a girl!?!?!?!??! Don’t leave us hanging!

I started a post on 2 peas for some CE info and i got some feedback on the weekend itself but no pics! Glad you had a good time. Hey and if you happen to have taken a home pregnancy test, please scrap that! LOL sounds cheesy I know but I have mine and I was trying to figure out a good way to include it in a layout.
