A Stress Test

Click here on this link to take a stress test!!! It’s really short….just takes a minute!!! It’s kinda cool!!! I got it off a thread on Just4Keeps that Hillary posted. I scored a 35. Pretty funny. I must handle stress REALLY WELL……cause heaven knows a single mom with three kids, running a child care, and a Coupon $ense business….trying to scrap every day….just MIGHT have a little stress goin’ on! I took it twice. First with how I feel now - my new medicated self. Got a 35. :)

Took it again with how I remember feeling before meds. Got an 80!! :[

20-35 Low average burnout (no stress)
40-60 Average (good adjustment and health)
    65-80 Burning out (stress)
    85-100 High level of burnout
